What we do
Helping Paw International is a not-for-profit organization formed to help families take care of their furry loved ones. We offer financial support to families that own sick pets and cannot afford to provide the care required for their pets to get well.
We have a vetting process to make sure that families, who request help are eligible for financial services and pay the veterinarians or hospitals directly.
Why we do it
Many dogs and cats around the world get sick with diseases, which cause them tremendous pain and suffering. Most of the time, families who own these pets cannot pay for veterinarian care and are forced to put their pets to sleep.
How can you care for your pets?
- Keep Them Clean. A sick pet often lacks the energy to care for itself and cannot groom.
- Provide Beneficial Bedding. Any animal that doesn't move is at risk of bed sores or worse
- Rethink Food and Feeding since many sick dogs and cats cannot eat their usual food.
- Attend to Your Pet's Medical Needs. Seek help and get an initial assessment
- Maintain Your Pet's Quality of Life.
